Bank promotions to give discounts on products were a challenge with the existing payment gateway

Implementation Success

Integration of Shoppers Stop eCommerce with Juspay enabled trendy features which were not possible with the previous payment gateway provider. For example, routing the request to appropriated gateways based on the priority logic; switch the gateways based on the availability of the systems.

Configuration of the payments from the Juspay dashboard with minimal changes on the SAP Commerce system.

Implementation of the new payment gateway across all channels- desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Bank discount promotions and corresponding marketing messages are driven via a dashboard.
